Accommodations

Both of our exclusive private rentals include a full sit down breakfast in the Main Farmhouse dining room, access to our salt water pool, wi-fi, cable TV, and individual amenities per accommodation as shown below.  Each.require a deposit of one night minimum and cancellations require 7 days prior to arrival for a full refund. Personal checks or cash accepted; credit cards not accepted. For last minute reservations, call 1-845-701-2271 to inquire for immediate bookings. Active military and veterans receive a 10% discount on room rates. Pets are not allowed onsite, however there are nearby accommodations available. Smoking is outside only.

Trout Pond Cottage

Built on the water's edge of our freshly stocked "catch and release"  trout pond, this luxurious rental offers beautiful views from every window and comfortable surroundings.

 

Downstairs is a living room with a fireplace and medieval furnishings, a complete dining room, and a modern full kitchen.

Upstairs has a large cathedral ceiling with french doors that invite you to an overlook view of the trout pond and water fountain below.  The large upstairs space provides you with a sitting area and bedroom area complete with a queen size bed, private bath, and refreshing rain shower.

Kitchen includes two burner cook top, sink, refrigerator, microwave, and snacks.

 

Toiletries, hair dryer, towels, shampoo, conditioner, & soap also included.

Rates

$300 per couple per night, Two night minimum stay required on weekends May-October. .Deduct $25 for a single and add $25 for each additional person

The Carriage House

This private house is 45 yards from the farmhouse. It has a large 20 x 20 space with a loft area, accommodating a queen size antique 4-post bed. An additional queen size inflatable mattress with built-in bed frame can be set up on request in living room area if additional sleeping space is needed.

 

The guest house was built on the original carriage house foundation from the early 1800's. The main floor is furnished beautifully in refinished 19th century antiques and includes a living room, dining room and a private bath. Cozy up to our gas fireplace, accented by an original walnut paneled wall.

Wifi, cable television, one electric fireplace and one gas fireplace, air conditioning, balcony & deck, alarm clock.

Kitchenette - snacks, fridge, microwave, coffee/ tea maker.

Toiletries - hair dryer, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap.

Main Farm House

Our Main Farm House is where you'll enjoy a delicious breakfast in our main dining room. A typical breakfast includes a variety of fresh squeezed juices, home-made breads and muffins, not to mention a rotation of breakfast main dishes of pancakes, french toast, omelets, etc. Everything is home-made with only the freshest ingredients. Our menu, with its wide variety, gets rave reviews from our customers.

Take a leisurely walk or jog down our totally private half mile country lane or hike the hills of the Catskill Mountains that surround us. In the summer, enjoy swimming in our large, in-ground, saltwater,  fiberglass pool or relax surrounded by our ever blooming perennial gardens that border our property.

Our home is decorated and furnished beautifully in refinished 19th century antiques. A picture given to us by the great grandson of the original owner, Tom Brown, dates this house back to the early 1800's. Architecturally the house looks amazingly similar although it has gone through several transformations since then.

​

When you see the property, we believe you will have a better understanding and appreciation for what we are talking about. It is, without a doubt, one of the most pristine pieces of property in the area. We like to think of ourselves now as caretakers of the property. We saved it from ruin and hopefully it will continue to provide enjoyment and comfort for all of you who decide to spend time at Stone Wall Acres.
